    Yes, that is indeed what it is. Not sure which one, though. Looks like it is getting a bit flooded.

    Thank you. I had feeling it suppose to be in water, I tried search for water plants

    Boggy situations, yes. Pond--well, I've never seen it grow like that, though I'm sure some species experience temporary flooding.
