My little baby cactus just fell over. The stem is soft and weak and can't stand up right. The stem isn't brown, but it isn't the same green it was.

I have propped it up, and sat it where it will get most sunlight.

Any suggestions on how to save it please?

    Thank you!

If the entire main stem is soft and weak, it is dead; and there is probably nothing you can do to save it. The grafted part at the top appears to still be alive, but it will soon die without nourishment from below. It might be possible to graft the top part to another cactus, but I don't know if or how it can be done.

It is very likely that the rot has already spread to scion, it is just not visible yet.

Were you watering it frequently? (that might have been the issue)
