    Hello,

This plant volunteered in a container in my Vero Beach, Fl. rear garden. The pictures were taken on Sept 18, and the plant is still adding height and little flowers; the ones near bottom look more like berries now.
I haven't seen anything like it around here, and came up emply when searching online. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it!

    thanks!

Not Onagraceae. The latter should have inferior ovary. This one has superior ovary.

Ammannia (family Lythraceae), maybe A. latifolia.

    Thank you so much Tony!
You pointed me in the right direction with the lythraceae family. I think it's this: Ammannia coccinea.
