Hi there: Wondered if someone could identify this weed wildflower for me?
Flower is orange/yellowish single petals. Root is rhizome type.
Located this on a nature walk Campbellford, Ontario Ca. Is it native to North America?
I am assuming it would be considered invasive based on the root system
Thanks in advance for your wealth of knowledge
    Regards,
    Deb

Woodland Sunflower (Helianthus divaricatus) is my best guess.
It seems to freely hybridize with other sunflowers which only
adds to the confusion of I.D.'ing it.
