    Hello friends,

Back in late May/early June I was down on Kits beach, and saw a little plant sprouting out of the sand. I pulled to see how rooted it was, and it just popped right now. So, I took it home and threw it in a little pot. Since then, it has grown and I have moved it outside where it has more space - still no idea what it is. The roots are still very shallow, the stem is soft, but not vine-like. The leaves remind me of arugula, though after the mid-point of the stem the leaves taper and get skinnier. No flowers or fruit, so I am stumped.

My plan is to let it live itself out (I'm assuming it's an annual) so I have been expecting it to flower or something! Anyway, pictures are attached, any help would be appreciated!
