Plants 4 and 5, 5 - we saw these wildflowers growing in Granada, Spain, alongside a secondary road in very hilly, dry, brilliantly sunny areas. Does anyone know what they were?

A citrus and something in the Aizoaceae, maybe Aptenia cordifolia.

Yes, both appear to be correct. We have neither group of plants in the Pacific Northwest, so they were both new to me.
