    Hello everyone,

Thanks for answering my thread. I've three plants that I need help identifying. I think the first photo might be an Anthurium, the second maybe a Philodendron Xanadu, but the third I can't even hazard a guess.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'd agree with you as far as genus on the first two plants, but would need to see inflorescences in order to determine species. The third looks like an Aglaonema, but which cultivar I couldn't tell you.

I suspect the third plant is a Strelitzia (nicolai?) species.

Thanks for your replies Lorax and Saltcedar. I'm going to look into the Strelitzia (nicolai?), though the leaves don't look nearly as large as the Strelizia.

I have a young Strelitzia reginae that is virtually identical in every way to the third picture. I don't think S. nicolai can hold that many leaves at that age, even in perfect conditions. :)

Tom, thanks for the info. I googled Strelitzia reginae and saw a few photos of plants that bare a resemblance to the one I have. I'll have to take a closer look this evening. If it is a S. reginae, I'm guessing it's going to need a lot more light than I can give it year round.
