In The Garden: Pittosporum?

    Doesn't look like a Pittosporum. It's a little hard to tell from photos taken from below, but from the flower colour and the peeling bark, I'm wondering if it might be Fuchsia excorticata. you can see a photo and description at http://www.cfgphoto.com/photo-33995.htm .

    You are right, thank you. On close up picture there are some berries and they for sure not pittosporum and similar to what we expect from Fuchsia excorticata

    In the first photo, you can also see a Fuchsia flower in the upper right quadrant of the image (near the middle of the overall image, vertically)
