This phal looked so nice and healthy, when I bought it a few months ago. And it's growing a leaf now.
But recently I noticed that the leaves have pale yellowish spots and one leaf has also black kind of dots.
The phal is growing in a mixture of bark. I bought it cheap because it was in between blooming. Maybe, it was already sick, but I did not notice?

Gallina, it looks like it *could* be spotting from low/high humidity or a fungal infection, i would watch it closely and maybe if you feel the need use some physan 20 or similar product that will kill any bacteria on the leaves. You can also increase air circulation which many orchid growers swear by for helping plants, just make sure you watch the moisture of the potting mix. Sorry, i'm not much help. phals don't love me too much to be honest. Good luck! keep us updated :-)

That does look fungal... I'd go with PsyGuy and treat it just in case...
