I bought a passion fruit vine at a local nursery.
It is growing profusely but has had only a few flowers. None set.
I have had many strange flowers flowers. I called the nursery to say I may have a sterile vine. Their answer was to wait until next year for the vine to 'settle in'.
I might add I am no stranger to passion fruit vines. I had some in Australia when I lived there and fed the whole street with passion fruit. The vines had fruit within a couple of months.
Could anyone come up with suggestions as the season for outdoor plants will end soon in southern California.
    Thanks IMG_2064.jpg IMG_8828 3.jpg IMG_5896.jpg
