This delicious stir fry plant germinated in about 8 days. The plant is quite large and certainly is one of my favorite stir fry greens. To mature properly growing space is essential. I separate five or six inches.

I'm new to veggie gardening and your garden blog with photos is fantastic! I'm in zone 7 (a little warmer?) and still nervous about planting seeds outdoors yet...we had frost on the grass about 2 weeks ago still. Thanks for all your posting!
