Need help identifying these plants

    #2 is a Jasmine, #3 is a Hebe. Not sure about #1.

    Closer-up pics would help, please!

    Here are some additional photos (two photos of #3).

    You mentioned #2 was jasmine. Do you know if this is a specific kind of jasmine? I ask since I've only seen the kind native to South India (where I'm from) that is more like a creeper and has a lot of fragrant flowers.
