plant located in Ladner BC on south side of fence, partially shaded by house, prior years growth is woody, current year is soft and rambling. No sign of flower or fruit but homeowner says she bought it as a "winter jasmine" of which I am positive is incorrect. She says it flowers(ed) in late winter / early spring but couldn't remember the month exactly so I have my suspicions. My first glance guess was a honeysuckle but I just wasn't really certain for some reason. Any ideas on what this may be?
