My Dracaena Marginata Dying and I don't know why!!

    so, I have my baby for about 2 years now. I am currently a college student and just return back to my apartment. when I went home for winter break I took her with me and brought her back and she was doing well. I recently notice that all of the end of her leafs starting to die.! they are curling up and have discoloration. some are dark browning light some yellow. some leaf close to the stem is still dark green and healthy looking. the infected looking leafs edges around is dark brown looking. I honestly don't know what to do and I love my baby, so can someone please help me save hr. I attached some photo of her.

    This is just a guess but could it be that the plant was exposed to rather cold temperatures while it was being moved from one location to another?
