Identification: Mushroom identification

    Could you, please, identify this mushroom for me? Is it edible? I found these mushrooms growing in the rotten leaves/rotten saw dust mulch close to my little Mountain Hemlock trees.

    Looks like a Hebeloma to me, and most are poisonous.

    Thanks for the identification and warning. I should add that they have a rather unpleasant smell.
