I have 3 very large ponytail palms planted next to my house. They are getting so large (12 feet) that they may break the foundation, driveway or sidewalk. Therefore, I must remove them. I would like to replant them in a spot away from the house/sidewalk/driveway. What is the best way to move them? I belive that the root system is somewhat small and compact, (correct?) We need to move these plants soon so any guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I live in central Florida, zone 9. Thanks.
