Missing notifications for thread subscriptions

Was there a problem with the system on the 19th and 21st? I didn't receive notifications for two separate threads on those days.

 

I thought I missed notifications one day too, but I got them this morning.

 

Not that I know of, sorry.

 

I was hoping there would be an explanation. Missing notifications, by itself, would not be a big problem but the threads didn't come up in New Posts either. I'd hate to think people thought I had ignored their posts. Very strange. Perhaps gremlins at work.

 

Just encountered another instance of this. The problem may be due to the moderation of a post and the resulting delay in it being added to a thread. Is this possible?

 

Yes, that is very likely.

 

Can you think of a workaround? Is there anything that I could do?
