Identification: many little blue flowers

Good day,
I would like to ask for identification of the following flower. Please, excuse the quality of pictures, they was captured from video. My mum really like it so I want to buy it her as a birthday present, but I have no idea, what it is or where I can find it. I will be very grateful for any informations about it. Thank you very much. Any context at all? From a garden?

 

Reminds me of...Bacopa "Bluetopia"...

Though seemingly bluer, and more succulent looking foliage, hmmm...

 

It grows in a flower pot in a hall of a flat. That is all, what I know :).
