I Would Like To Know The Proper Way To Propagate This Wonderful Vine.

I Have Cuttings From Some Plants From Church. Is It Ok To Try Now?

Oh! Your in for a treat!
I had a beautiful light pink variety some years ago that grew profusely in a large south facing window with some jasmine.
NEEDS to grow freely (up a lattice) when healthy- really dislikes being fussed over or moved. Once established, leave it and just enjoy! Flowers are darling and aren't fragrant (mine weren't). Didn't need fertilizing, if rarely. Beware spider mites!
That's all I can remember ~ But she is a beauty!

You could try propagating it now, but early summer is the best time to grow cuttings. If you do try it now, ensure that the soil is kept warm, around 70-75 F (20-25 C). If you do that, they very well may be OK. If they don't take, try them again during early summer. Best of luck!
