    A white skunk cabbage. I didn't know there was such a thing, but I had no trouble figuring out what it was by the smell. This is a different individual from the one in Daniel's photo, and it's in the Asian garden, not the Alpine garden where the original individual seems to have been located.

    The flowers of the native smell like tooth paste, it's the broken leaves that stink.
