Lotus corniculatus ?

    Hope I am right about the ID of these plants. As can be seen from the photographs, this taxa forms a carpet of foliage and inflorescence. Hope a member will regognize it. Will add another 3 photos in the reply box.

    Lotus coniculatus has pinnate leaves, and long, straight fruits, while this plant has simple leaves, and thorny-curly fruits... so it is a Scorpiurus muricatus, except picture 5, which can be a L. corniculatus (pinnate leaves can be seen!)
