Is this poisonous?

    Burlington, ON, Canada
    Wondering what this plant is and whether it is poisonous. My concern is with the three-leaf pattern. Also, the red circle highlights a leaf that seems to have three lobes as one leaf. The green circle highlights an area that has three separate leaves.

    Looks like Solanum dulcamara.

    Ditto to Bittersweet Solanum dulcamara. Mildly toxic (eating some would give an upset stomach), but not dangerous.

    Thank you. Grabbed it by the ears and marched it into the leaf collection bin. Did have a rather long tap root, FYI.
