Inula salicina or Persicaria dysenterica?

    First, I corrected the spelling of dysentrica to dysenterica. But the genus name keeps getting corrected to Pulicaria. Did you mean Pulicaria dysenterica?
    Pulicaria dysenterica is described as a downy plant. Wildflower Fleabane, Common Irish Wild Flora Wildflowers of Ireland
    Inula salicina has a synonym Inula glabra, which would indicate that it would be hairless.
    I don't know either of those plants.

    I think Inula salicina is correct (Pulicaria looks different...)
