    No, but I've been seeing a lot of them.

    It might be the non-native Drumming Katydid, Meconema thalassinum. I've been seeing similar Katydids for a while. A side view would make it easier to identify.

    Whatever they are they are destructive - last year they devoured three ripe kumquats just before I could harvest them
