Hi there: I've been trying to identify this plant (see attachments) using a dichotomous key. Truth be told, this is the first time I've ever tried to use a key, and the only thing I'm really sure of is that the plant belongs to the Magnoliopsida class. I suspect that the plant may be part of the Polygonaceae family, although a quick image search doesn't exactly yield similar pictures to the ones I took. Can someone help me with the identification process? Thank you in advance :) Cheers,
Looks to be just basic Nerium oleander. In summer it should flower heavily and be very showy, like this: http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-nerium-oleander-11835.htm .
