Identification please and thank you!

    I have never seen this plant before, growing in the Japanese garden at Schedel Arboretum and Gardens in Elmore, Ohio. Can you please help identify? Thanks in advance for all your help in sharing your knowledge and experience! (photo taken June 9th)

    Looks like Paeonia tenuifolia, fernleaf peony. Nice specimen.
