Hello, since this morning i am trying to ID this bush tree that is present on the new land i just bought.

It is a variety that is unknown to me and i am super intrigued by it.
The tree did not lose any leaf during winter and seemed to irradiate some heat since the snow was melting around the tree. Also the leaves are pretty thick and shinny.

I could use some help to find a way to ID the plant, ive tryed many sites to ID but with no success...lol

Thank you so much Silver Surfer, you have no idea how hard i tryed to ID it. Maybe i lack the experience and knowledge to do so but your a real helper. I am so curious about evrything and i always have to know right away.
I will really like this forum, i am a bit of a green thumb but only for certain genetics.

    Thanks again.
