ID: Bay Leaf Shrub??

Hi Everyone,

I have this shrub by the retaining wall that will be removed when they fix up the property line. I was thinking about saving it and replanting it elsewhere in the front yard. Is this shrub is a Bay Leaf tree like the one used for cooking.

No not a bay tree.
Looks like Pieris sp.
