    Hello,

I planted 4 Hydrangea quercifolia 2 years ago on the north west side of my East Vancouver home. One of them, planted in the midst of the others, is flagging this year. The others seem fine. I don't see pests on the leaves, but it's definitely in decline. Any ideas what the trouble could be and what to do about it?

The oxalis I thought I'd try out is going mad - that's the smaller plant in the background of the photos.

    Thanks!

Is it the only one planted among the oxalis?

Soil is probably too damp and airless, may also have come already infected with water molds from the dealer.
