Identification: Help! What species of orchid is this?

I just bought this orchid, and it doesn't say what species it is, and so I don't really know how to take care of it...can someone please help? The flowers are about 1in x 1in.

I see a tag attached to your specimen...no care instruction on it? where is it from?

 

The tag has no instructions...it just lists a few different species of orchid and none of the pictures on the tag look anything remotely like the plant...

 

I would definitely ask questions from the source of of your orchid, unless it was purchased at a corner store?

In the mean time search the web for orchid care, it may be of some help.

 

The American Orchid Society culture page I linked to should have it covered. I'm pretty sure your plant belongs to the group discussed there.
