Help! My plant isn’t happy!

    I picked this tree up off someone who didn’t want it anymore. They weren’t sure what it was and I’m not sure either. Perhaps someone may have an idea as it isn’t very happy right now and I’d like to see it healthy.

    Looks like Codiaeum variegatum 'Gold Dust', Croton.

    Thanks for the response. I was wondering if the gold dust croton grows that high as it’s about 6.5 feet tall.
