Identification: Help in identifying this species of fungi (unknown species 2)

    Very pretty!

    Looks coprinoid or lepiotacious. I expect it has gills underneath? I see the ring on the upper stem, which leans me more toward lepiotacious, although I think there are some coprinoids with rings.

    Anyone know of other possibilities?

    @ frog: thankss for your enthusiastic help in quite a number of the threads i posted :)

    the 13 species of fungi i posted recently (in separate threads) are most taken quite some time ago (in tropical Singapore, Southeast Asia). these are the only photos i have of them, sadly. thus, so sorry that i'm not very sure about questions regarding the undersides, etc... myself.

    Most mushroomers would call this Parasola plicatilis.
