Identification: Help identifying this plant?

    Can anyone help me identify this? I was thinking a rubber tree but wasn’t 100% sure.

    Looks like Ficus elastica. Cut off an inconspicuous leaf. Does it bleed white sticky sap? What size are the leafs?
