We live in Ottawa and have a 40 year old yucca plant it's approx 2o ft tall. We've recently had to relocate it outside due to renovation activity. Unfortunately, in the process, the top 4 ft was broken off. To make matters worse, outside temp dipped to below freezing for 3 nights and we were hit with constant rain for 3 days (the cause of flooding in Ottawa/Quebec area). We covered the pot with a plastic tent with a light underneath to mitigate frost and excess water but the plant is obviously in great distress.he plant has an offshoot approx 5 ft below what is now the top. Based on the attached photos, what should we do to save the plant.

Does it look to be in decline since you last posted?
