Two more questions. 1) What size should a seed-grown grapefruit be before it can bear fruit. I have understood that I shouldn't be pruning my still juvenile tree, but on the other hand I do need to limit its size if I don't want to cut off the light to the rest of my yard. 2) Also, what is the minimal distance to buildings. Are citrus roots agressive. Do I need to be worried about roots attacking buildings. My tree is an estimated 6 feet from my garage. Should I be moving it?
