    Ginkgo biloba 'Tubiformis'

Tall and narrow with an unusual form and overall great leaf texture. Nice contrasting grey bark, as usually found with Ginkgo. Fall color is a bright yellow. Branches arch outward and weep slightly at the tips. Adds great height without taking up too much space. Ideal for a small garden and tolerates suburban street pollution well (such as exhaust, dry heat, and winter salt spray/dust). Very easy to grow with no disease or pest problems. I believe the name comes from it's unusual tubular leaves as shown in the third photo. Makes a great gift!

It's a fossil tree, so if it can survive evolution it should have no problems surviving in your garden!
