My tree was grown by Iseli and I used it for bonsai since day one, so I can't speak for it's landscape performance. As container grown or bonsai, its very easy to grow. The branches tend to thicken fast and are densely covered with somewhat rounded fan shaped leaves. The fall color is always a dependable bright yellow. Slow growing and considered dwarf. The pictures show the tree in my first year in early fall color, second season pretty close to peak fall color, and it's present state, waiting for fall to arrive.

Beautiful and very fresh looking (for lack of better words, love that shade of green and it looks like a very nice tree with a very good form / shape)
