Giant Puffball.

    Found 12 lber and his 3 lb friend.

    2 Questions:

    1) How long will this hog keep in the fridge?

    2)How would YOU preserve it?

    We egged/crumbed and fried about 20 hamburger sized pieces for the freezer but beyond that I was curious if anyone else has any other suggestions. If not I'll be eating crumbed puffbull until next season!

    fresh specimen should stay fresh for 3 days.
