Picture taken near Kelowna in a wooded area (mostly pine trees) in fairly dry area. I have looked through several books but can't find it. Anybody out there help?

    Thanks...

    Hi There,
I'm fairly certain that this one is Claytonia lanceolata. The other one sure looks like some sort of bindweed, but I see in your post that it was not on a vine. Did you get a better pic of the leaf?

    Thanks

I got another picture of the other flower with leaves -- I think you are right about the bindweed -- "field bindweed" I found the following site...
    Bindweed

Thanks for the help on the other one -- I will look for some more pictures to make a positive ID.
