    Hi

My fig tree, which up to now has been super healthy, and is now three years old, is suddenly drooping! Yesterday it seemed to suddenly start sprouting new leaves, and now all of the trunk/stems seem to be leaning way over with the weight of the leaves and the fruit. Should I tie them all together, of just assume it will right itself when the sun comes back out?

Most likely just rampant spring growth being bent down by a heavy rainfall--looks (from the photo) like there was recent rain. A well watered, well fed fig (as yours appears to be) will often put on excessive growth that is relatively weak. If it doesn't stand back up again, you could prune the branch tips back enough to allow them to rise up again.
