    Hello,

I wonder where your tree is planted. If it is beneath the canopy of a larger tree, there is a possibility that the canopy is simply growing and shading the dogwood in the process. This would cause a reduction in flowers, and explain the reduction in flowering over such a long period. If your tree is healthy I see no other reason.

No its in an open area all by itself -
Ive sprayed some of my other tress with Sulphur in the Spring - and for some reason they flowered very well -

Do you have any suggestions on Spraying the Dogwood - or any special Fertilizer -

I am not sure of what the problem is. Here is a thread with an in depth discussion about dogwoods and their blooming habits.
