I have seeds of Eucalyptus Silver Drop - is this E. gunnii? I sowed the seeds in peat pellets. Do Eucalyptus like to be dry, or should I keep the peat moist? I have them in a plastic dome to keep the humidity up until they germinate.

The first of the seeds germinated! 6 days! The package said 14-21 days. So, does anyone know anything about the name? If grown inside, can I expect a tree in time?

There are far to many types of Eucalypt that grow in all different areas to be able to tell you for sure what soil conditions the Silver Drop is needing but http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eucalyptus_gunnii as far as i can tell off wikipedia it dosent like very wet soils and shaded spots stunt them.
