I have a now two year old Florina Apple tree.

Lacking room for another Apple, I am wondering if a small ornamental crab apple can act as a pollinator. What variety of crab apple would be best?

    Thanks

In general Crabs are good pollinators for Apples. You will have to be careful to choose a variety that blooms at the same time as Florina.

Or you could plant a cross-compatible apple and get more apples. Googling florina pollinator or similar might get you there.
