I understand that composted material is hummus and not a fertilizer, rather a soil amendment. But, if I vermi compost do the worm castings act as a fertilizer like other types of rotted manure?

Can Bokashi treated compost be added into a worm compost bin?

Thank you in advance for any feed back.

hummus is actually a tasty dish, humus on the other hand isnt. :)

Anything you add to the soil in an attempt to improve it is a soil amendment. Generally when referring to fertilizer one is referring to minerals in dry or dissolved form.
