I used to live in Toronto. Very nice weather this time of year. You can purchase it at Home Depot. I don't know where you are at in Toronto. Home Depot is everywhere there. You can ask the local and they will show you. Good luck.

You can get citrus plants from these stores:
    TERRA
    http://www.terragreenhouses.com/storelocations/

    Sheridan Nurseries

    Jade Gardens and Greenhouses

I have bought from Terra (Key lime) and Sheridan Nurseries (Ponderosa lemon, Sunburst tangerine, navel orange and Super Dwarf Cavendish banana) but not from Jade. All three do have a good selection of citrus (and other) plants.
Terra and Sheridan Nurseries have many stores throughout the GTA. Jade is only in Oakville/Hornby.

Unfortunately, when a Meyer lemon is grown from seed, a Meyer lemon tree will not be the result. Meyer lemons are among the very few varieties of citrus that do not produce true from seed. Therefore, when a Meyer lemon seed is planted, the type of tree that eventually develops will depend on what type of cross pollination occurred with the seed's mother tree. - Millet (1,305-)
