Hi Out There: Apparently there is a fungus or disease on our cherry tree. It is a white,circular blotch at the base of a branch (the branch is now dead, although other branches appear healthy and are beginning to leaf out. Any idea what it is, and how to control it or get rid of it altogether? Thanks much, John Young
