can someone identify this plant?

    hello .. i have this plant (photos below) growing out on the boulevard in front of our fence .. it makes me think both euphorbia and mahonia .. it's lovely .. stands about two feet high and wide .. first one i've ever come across and would be delighted to know what to call it ..

    Some Hypericum sp, Hypericum androsaemum, maybe.

    yes .. it looks like hypericum, and very possibly androsaemum .. thanks so much .. such a mystery as to where it comes from, and how it got out on our boulevard .. bird, ant .. i may never know ..
