Can someone help me identify my plants?

    We just bought a house in murrieta and I cant figure out what this tree is or what's happening with my palm trees. The last two pictures are the tree with the mysterious bells growing

    And the mysterious bells are fruits too, fruits of carrotwood, Cupaniopsis anacardioides.

    The tall palm appears to be Syagrus romanzoffiana while the short palm looks like Chamaerops humilis
