Hi, I am trying to grow this plant from seed, so far it has been two weeks since I planted it in it's sand/loam mixture per the directions on the packet. There is absolutely nothing there! Can anyone help me, I desperately want this plant. Thank you.

seed should planted with just a light covering of soil. little bit of moisture - never needs much, either when trying to germinate or as it grows into a seedling and full-size plant.

temp for germination should be between 65-70 and it can take up to 4 months to sprout - can be as soon as one month.

so, at two weeks, you still have some waiting to do :)
