Boraginaceae: Anchusa, alkanet or neither?

    Unfortunately I have only the one photograph to show. I couldn't reach the plant, so I took photograph at a distance.

    Hello Tyrych and lorax, Thanks for your ID. I had difficulty with this one because the flowers were in the their final stage of maturity, hence blue. It is Lithospermum purpureo-coeruleum. I found this in my archive with photos when the flowers were red and purple, which made the plant easier to identify. Thanks again, duffy
